By entering the Lemke Crest Ekka Family Passes Giveaway Promotion (“the Promotion”) for a chance to win 1 of 5 Ekka Family Passes (Valid for Saturday the 19th of August 2023), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 The Promoter is the HY MGMT (ACN 634737750) of 1/228 Enborisoff St, Taigum, Brisbane.
2.1. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.2. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and anything else that refers to this Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
3.1. Entry is open to all registered Unit Owners of Lemke Crest, except Committee Members, and the Caretaker or the Body Corporate Manager.
3.2. By entering the Promotion, entrants are providing consent for The Promoter to access and use the entrant’s personal information they have provided, to determine the entrant’s eligibility to win the Promotion. The entrant also provides consent to use their contact details provided in the event they are drawn as a winner, as provided in these terms and conditions.
4.1. The Promotion runs from 3pm (AEST) Friday 11 Aug 2023 until 9pm (AEST) Wednesday 16 AUG 2023 (“the Promotion Period”).
4.2. To enter, entrants must:
4.2.1. Have received the access to the Lemke Crest Owner Portal
4.2.2. Have logon on Lemke Crest Owner Portal with the provided access
4.2.3. Have submitted the Activities Form during “the Promotion Period.”
4.2.4. The time of entry will, in each case, be the time that the entry is recorded on the servers of the Promoter, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
4.2.5. Entrants will only be counted once if submitted multiple times
5.1. Each entrant who has correctly entered the Promotion over the Promotion Period and registered all details in accordance with clauses 3 and 4 will qualify for the Promotion. The winners will be randomly selected by a computerised program of the Promoter from entrants who comply with clauses 3 and 4 of these terms and conditions.
5.2. Three winners will be drawn on 17th AUG 2023 after the “Promotion Period” from the entrants who have entered the competition.
5.3. Each winner will be notified via email or phone and their corresponding ‘Paticipant ID’ will be published on the Lemke Crest Online Owner Portal website.
5.4. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the Promotion is final and the Promoter will not enter any correspondence regarding the result.
5.5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the entrant has met the entry requirements outlined in the terms and conditions. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed invalid.
5.6. Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid unless the entrant requires the assistance of a third party to enter due to a disability.
5.7. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be considered valid and will not be included in the draw. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
5.8. If an entry or entrant is ineligible to win the Promotion, the Promoter may continue to draw entries until an eligible winning entry is drawn.
6.1.There are Five (5) prizes available to be won for this competition, each consisting of one (1) Family Ticket (2 x Adult Tickets and 2 x Child Tickets) to attend the 2023 Royal Queensland Show, also known as the Ekka (the Prize).
6.2. Each winner will receive one Ekka Family Pass.
6.3. Each winner will be notified in relation to the delivery of the Ekka Family Pass following the announcement of the winners.
6.4. The Family Pass is valid for Saturday, 19-Aug-2023. It is cannot be redeemed for cash. Any additional expenses incurred by the Prize winner, other than those outlined in these Terms and Conditions, are the responsibility of the Prize winner.
6.5. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
6.6. It is a condition of accepting the prize, that each winner is over 18 years of age.If the Prize winner is under eighteen (18) years of age, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when redeeming the Prize.
7.1. Except with respect to any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees, and agents will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising out of:
7.2. If for any reason, this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any written directions given by a regulatory authority.
8.1. Your personal information will not be disclosed by the Promoter to any third party without your consent (as described in clause 3.2 above) unless required or authorized to do so by law.
8.2. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) of entrants for the purpose of selecting winners of the Promotion, verifying the validity of their entry, and notifying them if they are determined to be one of the three winners. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use, and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on the Lemke Crest Caretaker information website.
