Under the provisions of the Body Corporate and Community Management (Standard Module) Regulation 2020 (QLD), strata unit owners are obligated to provide certain contact details to the body corporate. This information, which includes the owner’s name and contactable service address, along with any other particulars mandated by the regulations, should be furnished within a month of becoming the owner or whenever any changes occur.

This timely and accurate provision of information is vital. It enables the Body Corporate to maintain effective communication channels with the owner, ensuring timely dispatch of Levy notices, and other essential correspondences.
