At Lemke Crest, the Management model is based on the Caretaker Management Rights Model. As the Caretaker, we are independent service contractors who both own and reside in a unit within the complex. Our primary responsibility is to oversee the Common Property and fulfill the Caretaking Duties as outlined in the Caretaking Agreement between the Body Corporate and us.

In addition to our caretaking responsibilities, we hold a full real estate license, which grants us the authority to conduct a Property Management Business within the Lemke Crest Complex, as per the Letting Agreement signed with the Body Corporate.
